T&A-planned from day one, with a delay-recovery protocol when reality intervenes. When a lot runs behind you’ll read it in the portal the way we say it internally: “fabric delay — recovery in progress, revised ex-factory 09 Oct.” Never a soothing green dot over a slipping date.
