Evidence, not assurance: our QC team inspects on the line and at final, the math computes the verdict, and the report — photos, measurements, defects — lands in your portal the moment it is signed.
Methodology, plainly
Written the way you audit, not the way brochures reassure.
- Own QC team — inline checks during production, final random inspections before ex-factory, GPS-verified factory visits.
- ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 single sampling, General Inspection Level II, normal severity — majors at AQL 2.5, minors at 4.0, criticals accept zero, always.
- A 16-defect taxonomy with photographed findings; POM measurement audits with tolerance math — out-of-tolerance counts as major, computed, not judged.
- Verdicts come from the sampling plan. An override requires a written reason, and the reason is kept forever.
- Inspection dates confirmed three ways — factory, buyer, QC — through the portal’s FRI chain. Lab testing at SGS, Intertek, BV or TÜV to your protocol.
